Terms & Conditions – Locker Luggage Storage in Corfu

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our locker luggage storage service. By using our website and completing a booking, you fully and unconditionally accept the terms outlined below.

Our service is operated by a sole proprietorship based in Corfu, Greece, and provides secure luggage storage through self-service lockers, available exclusively via online booking.

1. Service Description

We offer self-service luggage storage through electronically controlled lockers, located in a private, monitored space equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of your belongings.

Available Locker Sizes:

• Small: 44.4cm x 42.3cm (depth: 81.6cm)
• Medium: 44.4cm x 57.3cm (depth: 81.6cm)
• Large: 44.4cm x 87.3cm (depth: 81.6cm)

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct locker size based on their luggage. Items must fit entirely within the internal dimensions. Items that do not fit entirely are not permitted to be stored.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made exclusively online through our website. We accept credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your unique access code for the assigned locker.

Our lockers are available for pick-up 24/7. Please note that between 12:00 midnight and 07:00 a.m., depositing items or luggage will not be possible. During these hours, only pick-up is allowed, using the unique code provided to each customer for unlocking the locker. Pick-up access remains available at all times. 

3. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellations or modifications are allowed up to 2 hours before your booking start time. No refunds will be provided after this time.

4. Liability & Compensation

While we take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of the lockers and the premises — including the use of security cameras — we do not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or its contents, unless gross negligence on our part can be proven.

We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage during your visit you our premises.

We strongly advise customers not to store valuable or irreplaceable items.

5. Proper Use – Prohibited Items

Lockers must be used only for storing personal luggage and items.

It is strictly forbidden to store:

• Flammable, explosive, or toxic substances
• Illegal substances or items
• Food, beverages, or live animals
• Items that may cause damage to the lockers or surroundings
• In case of violation, we reserve the right to remove the item, notify the authorities, and apply administrative charges if necessary.

6. Access & Overstay Policy

Locker access is permitted only during the booked timeframe. In case of overtime use:

• Additional charges may apply
• We reserve the right to remove stored items and keep them in a secure space for a limited time

Customers must collect their items within 24 hours after the booking ends. After this period, the items may be considered abandoned and we assume no further responsibility.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Corfu, Greece.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
